Metaphysics of an Urban Landscape – Gabriele Croppi

In this latest work Gabriele Croppi succeeds in the intention ( and perhaps by magic) to silence one of the most chaotic and noisy cities in the world , i.e.  New York mainly exalted by various media, in its pauses rather than the clatter of architectural suggestions which gradually follow each other. And he manages, as in all his previous production, in a language which is both “cultured” and shady,   “quotationistic” and charged with pathos, a language which obliges the public to read twice over, first in a emotional way and then rationally. ( from “New York, Metaphysics of an urban landscape”, by R. Bertinotti )
