Upon moving to California in the 1970s I was walking in the shadow of the Range of Light, in the footsteps of John Muir and Ansel Adams. I took up backpacking and 35mm photography in 1974. My exploration of natural environments continues, today as a freelance photographer who conducts photography workshops in some of America’s most exotic landscapes. I’m currently researching and writing a travel guide to the best landscape photography locations in California. Jeff Sullivan

  1. Really beautiful photographs. I especially like the way the sky looks in them. It just draws you in and takes you into each scene. Beautiful.
